We took Mackie back to the Doctor today and he confirmed that Mack does NOT have the virus that causes Cold Sores on his face. After looking him over again, he determined that he wasn't quite sure what he had, but that it could be an allergic reaction, or possible another type of virus, and for us to just keep an eye on him, and to continue to do what we've been doing. We are sooooo relieved!
After The Doc's office, we ventured to Chick-fil-A for the BIG Labor Day Sandwich give-away! All 4 of us got a free sandwich! We rounded it all out with fries and drinks and had a really good time watching all of the people come in and out!
Creston, who HATES anything in a "costume" was unfortunately upset by the appearance of two LARGE Cows roaming through the dining room...Just our luck, the two cows decided to stop just past our table and do a little "Go Team" dance complete with pom-poms! Oh boy! This is Creston wondering if they were coming back or not...

And HERE is Mackie playing Doctor! Looking MUCH better!!!! There are still several red places on his face, but not too many and they are getting smaller day by day! Thank the Lord!
Mackie and Daddy were plum worn out after all that we did today! Shew! (Mackie won't EVER go to sleep with me like this! Never has.....I might have to try the couch sometime!)
