Today is the day that we cut the Sorghum Cane (It's Sorghum Cane and NOT Sugar Cane after all!!)!
Jimmy (Mark's work-partner from BFD) came over to help us out! THANKS JIMMY!!!! Since all of the Cane had flopped over a few weeks back, this was definately a tedious job! We had to get it cut, then strip off all of the leaves (so there wouldn't be any bugs and guts in the juice!) and cut the tops off (where the seeds are). It took most of the day, but we got it done! I'll just post the pictures for you to look at!! :o)
