We Painted our Bedroom YELLOW!!!

After a rough last week, Mark decided that he wanted to do something to brighten up our bedroom walls. I thought that they were a lovely shade of "Sand", but he felt as though it was a bit drab for his taste! Sooooooo................we discussed and picked out a shade of yellow from a quilt that he Grandmother had made a long time ago. I'm planning on having him make a Quilt rack so that we can hang the quilt between our two bedroom windows!

We put the boys to work cleaning the bathroom door!

Quite a bit brighter in here now! Mark also decided that we would only paint these two walls and leave the other two the "sand" color for now......it looks o.k. that way, so we'll see!!! I'm also going to be "hoping" for some Cherry Crown Molding in the near future! I think that would really look nice!

And THIS is what we looked like when it was all said and done! Maybe we should wait a while before doing anything else to the house!!! :o)
