We needed MILK. That was the reason for the trip. Silly me didn't have enough on hand, so I thought "I'll go get some in the morning before it SNOWS"! Got up.....was a nice morning....no snow....then only a flake or two......I was sewing stuff, so I figured that we'd go when I got done! AROUND 11, we left! Got to Banner Elk at Food Lion, it was snowing pretty steady.......went in....got the milk....came out into a BLIZZARD! Because I'm a nut, I went to McDonald's and got the boys a Happy Meal. By the time we came back by Food Lion, it was a MESS!!!! Food Lion hill is where these pictures start!

I prayed the whole way that if we could just get home, I'd NEVER go out again when the weather was supposed to get bad like that! SPRING needs to come SOON!!!!!
