I decided this last year, (after losing the job) that I really missed MOPS and the friendships that I had started with the women there. Working full-time had been a good reason to stop going, but now that I am no longer working a set in stone job, I have no reason NOt to go back! MOPS, here I come! I also enlisted my friend Paulette to go back with me! We decided that we owed it to ourselves & our families to do this for us, as MOPS allows Mothers of any age to realize that the problems and joys that you face big and small are the same problems and joys that all other Mothers are going through! It is best described as a REALESE of tension and emotion that you build up inside of you as you really try hard to be everything to everyone in your immediate home and to everyone else around you. Being a Mother is tough....no matter if you work away from the home, in the home, or on a part-time basis. There's no other job in this world quite like being a mom.
