Answer:
BECAUSE, it's STILL snowing here where I live!!! It snowed/hailed in my general area yesterday evening and last night!
I'll take the snow down when we plant our garden.......which won't be until after May 19th! That is the time that my father-in-law says is safest to plant without fear of stuff freezing in the ground! We SURE don't want to have to re-plant!!!!!

Hey, we put out a garden this year!! Yay! I want to invite myself and Jacob up to your place soon. Let me know when would be good. Also, when you make the molasses can we come and hang out. It would be a great "pre-school" field trip. I'd love to see if Mark could tour him around the fire station, too. Soooo, as you can see you very rude friend is inviting herself up there for some fellowship and some learning. :-)
